Custom Dunnage

When designing Custom Dunnage it is important to know as much as possible about the products being packaged as well as the environment they will be subjected to. Some of the things we’ll need to know are as follows

  • What do you need the Custom Dunnage to do? For Example: keep products from touching or allow them to be bulk packaged, etc.
  • Is this a new or existing project that requires Custom Dunnage?
  • How heavy are the parts you need Custom Dunnage for?
  • Do you need the Custom Dunnage to be non-abrasive?
  • Will the Custom Dunnage be returned?
  • Will your parts have any oil or chemicals on them?
  • When your products are packaged with our Custom Dunnage where will they be stored?
  • How do you plan to ship your products when using our Custom Dunnage? For example:Common Carrier, UPS, Local Courier, By Hand
